  Good Morning
  I have a domain with Afrihost and they asked to sent the below to you guys
  in order to add the below records on their side.

  mail.talabusinessexellence.co.za. 7200 IN A 154.0.175.41
  talabusinessexellence.co.za. 7200 IN MX 10 mail.talabusinessexellence.co.za.
  talabusinessexellence.co.za. 7200 IN A 154.0.175.41

  Please assist.

  To be able to use a custom domain with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need one of our paid plans. Then, you’ll be able to map or transfer the domain here:
