Domain Transfer

  I bought a domain from wordpress.com and mapped it to my wordpress.com blog here http://abhishekmittal.com.
  I was wondering if I could transfer this domain to Godaddy or someone? If I do that, will I have to continue paying annual domain fee to wordpress? Or I would just need to pay Godaddy for the domain.
  I am planning to do this because wordpress.com doesn’t give a lot of control over cname records and sub-domains.
  Any help will be highly appreciated.

  You have to wait a certain period…I think it’s sixty days, but I could be wrong. Then you can transfer it as you wish. It belongs to you.
