Domain transfer

I am having problem with transfering domain that I bought from Bluehost which was ready for transferfrom the 7th oct, and it’s another day gone without success. I have EPP from Bluehost yet no luck. Hope you can help. This is hugely inconvenient as have passed on new domain as my link to people. Embarrassing.

Hi –
In order to transfer that domain over to WordPress.com you’ll need to add a plan to your account. Those plans, prices, features and details are available for side-by-side comparison at https://wordpress.com/pricing/
I can see that you have the name servers pointed to us already.
Once the plan is added to the account you’ll be able to transfer the domain. It will take 5 days for the process to complete.

Still waiting for resolution. Have replied via email to Liz. In reply to Kokkiehs email I can’t sign on with my password. Tried changing the password and your site doesn’t work. Absolutely let down by WordPress so far, may one of YouTube can restore my little left faith. Have spent in excess of 5 hours altogether.
