  I have so many questions…Not really effective to find answers through a blog. It would be better a live chat. I want to transfer my domain with a plan that should include a domain. So what’s the $18 for? Can I have a refund if this is not gonna be a good match? There’s no way to take a look of the template before of subscribing…I should probably check on something more intuitive, you already gave me a headache…

  I’m not sure where you’re seeing the $18. Upgraded plans here at WordPress.com are charged annually in advance and include a free domain for the first year. Subsequent years are charged for plan plus the additional annual cost of a domain (if you transferred it). See https://wordpress.com/pricing/
