domain transfer

  Initially we registered with wordpress we have put in for a registrar transfer. The new registrar is needs you to release the domain. We need this done asap because oue company email is down until we get this resolved. Can you help with this? I think that our email MX record was altered when wordpress set the A Record for our host to become squarespace 6. That’s when the email went down. If you can’t expedite the transfer can you fix the MX record in the meantime? We are wxpecting important correspondence at that email. For confirmation of services paid for with wordpress please check our account record. Any help you can give toward resolving this will be appreciated. Thank you.
