  i need you to transfer my domain (emanilaundry.com) to me so i can renew it as it is currently expired and i cant renew it, it says only user ‘designcrowdgui’ can renew.

  Hi there!

  The user designcrowdgui is the one who owns the domain and only they can renew it. The domain expired two months ago and is still in redemption, which means that we can still get it back, however, an additional fee of $80 is needed. You can contact designcrowdgui and ask them to reach out and we’ll help them restore the domain.
  You can also wait until the domain is available again and register it directly from your account.
