  Hello, I am trying to transfer my domain from wordpress to another host. I got an email from wordpress saying your domain mapping will expire in 35 days. So I initiated domain transfer process to another host. I tried contacting wordpress/automattic to get an authorization code for this transfer. However, I am unable to contact wordpress from my account as it shows ‘You are not a user on the site and cannot manage this purchase’ Please would some suggest how I would get the authorization code?   Hi Ofas, actually the domain related to this account is not registered here.

  I can see the mapping was cancelled. The domain itself was transferred out in January. Did you need more help?
