  I’m trying to transfer my domain from Go Daddy to WordPress. I unlocked it, received a valid auth code, but when I click ‘Continue’ on WordPress, it returns a message saying ‘We were unable to start the transfer,’ with no explanation. Please let me know what else I can do.

  Hi there,

  What is the domain you’re trying to transfer?

  If you had private registration enabled at GoDaddy, please make sure that’s disabled as well, as GoDaddy doesn’t allow domains to be transferred if that service is active.
