  Hello, I need help transferring my domain to another site. When I search my profile, I keep finding that I have no domain… which I have already paid for. I can’t find how to contact WordPress directly, aside from this public forum. Any help is appreciated.

  Hi @helenbohuslav, we’re happy to help. I’m guessing you have another account. Can you log out and log in with the account you used to buy the domain?

  And, if you’re having trouble with that, can you send a link to the site? You can also regain access if needed:
