  I am trying to transfer my domain for: http://aldoestate.com.au/wp-admin
  to a wix site – are you able to assist?

  Please contact the domain registrar where you bought that domain directly for help with this.

  Right now you are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and that domain is not registered with us, as we’re not even an accredited domain provider for .au domains, so we cannot help with this.
