Domain Transfer

    Hi,

    So our current website needs a redesign but I don’t want us to lose our domain.
    I was wondering if it was possible to transfer the domain and revamp the website without changing its current state. We don’t want our customers to be welcomed to a page that is blank or anything like that simply because we are making some changes. We are converting it into an e-commerce shop and will be using WooCommerce as well.

    Hi, of course. You can get your plan and transfer the domain, but the new site won’t be live until you launch it and update its name server settings. And, since you’ll have a Business Plan, you can just open a chat with support when you’re ready.
