  Hello,

  Unfortunately, we are moving our site to Edlio and I am in need of a few things.

  Could you please provide me with the following:

  1. DNS information
  2. EPP code, unlocking of the domain and privacy settings turned off.

  I am not sure why I cannot access these items myself, but I think this might mean I am not the primary person. If this is the case, how can we make me the primary? Any individual involved in the website creation is no longer here and we need to transfer this.

  What is the current URL of the site? I do not see any upgrades under your @patrickhathaway account, so I am not able to see what site you are referring to.

  That domain is registered with Network Solutions, not us.

  You’ll get everything you need to transfer it through them.
