Domain transfer

  A previous associate owned the domain of our company. We previously parted ways. She went to get the domain transferred to me. WordPress gave her an auth code and now she no longer has access to this site. I have the auth code but I dont want to switch providers. I want to switch the domain to my wordpress account but I cant with the auth code. What do I do?

  Are these the steps the two of you were using?

  They should just be able to select the account to transfer to. Also, they will not be able to close their account until they transfer upgrades off of it, so they should still have access.
