  Have a registered domain name that is not set up- no website or email. Should I transfer now & do all on WordPress dashboard?

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites on your account with us yet, but you can start a new one here: https://wordpress.com/start/

  One of the steps in the site creation process will ask you about the domain you want to use and then guide you on adding it correctly to your account. You can (from that point) initiate the transfer anytime you wish.
