Domain Transfer

  I never verified my account and ended up cancelling my plan/getting a refund. Before I cancelled I did claim a domain that I would now like to register through Google Domains, but Google Domains is saying the account is locked through the previous registrar. It’s been 60 days but it still won’t let me transfer- am I missing a step?
