Please take a look and let us know if you have trouble or other questions.

Thanks for your answer! My wordpress account settings for the domain doesn’t show transfer to another registrar only the other two options

If you’re referring to
winterhavencapital.comthe domain was canceled when you filed a chargeback against the WordPress.com Business Plan which provided it.Typically, you can cancel and refund these via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases in accordance with our refund policy https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy
However, instead you initiated a chargeback dispute with your credit card provider: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/
We can recover the domain for you, but first you will need to pay the chargeback fee in your shopping cart here.
Once paid, we can send along the $18 fee for the domain registration to restore it to your account (as you received a full refund by way of your chargeback).

Is there someone I can talk to? I have a question about that chargeback because I never disputed anything.

Hi there,
I have a question about that chargeback because I never disputed anything.
We do not show any details on our end other than the fact that the renewal charge of $319.80 made on 05-13-2020 was in dispute, and your credit card investigated and decided to award the dispute in your favor, which resulted in the full amount being returned to you after the investigation was complete. We were also fined (by your credit card company) in the amount of $30 due to the fact that they ruled against us.
We do not have the ability to initiate a dispute (only the card holder can do this) but you are welcome to contact your bank and confirm these details. We have no further info on our end.
Be that as it may, at the time the dispute was resolved in your favor (and you received the disputed funds) all upgrades were cancelled on our end. Your domain was cancelled at that time as it was packaged with your Business plan.
I can confirm that you have paid the $30 chargeback fee and we are ready to recover your domain. To do that I will need to invoice you for the standard $18 registration fee. Please check your inbox for the invoice we just sent, which will include a link to pay for the renewal fee for winterhavencapital.com.
After you make payment please return here to let us know so we can take the next step of recovering the domain.
IMPORTANT: We do not know to recover the domain unless you let us know you have made payment, so please be sure to come back here and update us, thanks!

I have paid the $30 fee I am trying to pay for the $18 registration but it won’t allow me on my end please help!
-
Can you give us more information into what isn’t working for you? Did you receive the invoice my colleague sent or are you having trouble submitting payment for that invoice? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thanks!

I have paid for $30 charge back fee sucesfully through wordpress website and I am now trying to pay for $18 domain registration fee through the website but am not being allowed on your end when I click the pay button.
I have not received a second invoice for the $18 fee and am having trouble submitting payment!

Thanks for the information. The payment request was sent to the email address on file for your WordPress.com account. Check your spam folder for any emails there if you did not receive it.
I’m also not showing any attempts to pay that $18 through the manual payment request link we sent that would indicate a problem, so I’m going to email you directly through WordPress.com support with that link again. This is going to the email address on file for your WordPress.com account.
Please keep all correspondence to that email as we’ll need to exchange information about your account that should not be posted in a public forum.
Thanks!
