Domain transfer

Dear support, im in full panic atm. My domain is parked! Cant change the DNS or name server so my website is offline atm. What is the quickest way to make sure i can access the DNS again? Yesterday i spoke to a support officer that told me everything would be ressetted and i could access the domain again. It’s about bobbinygaren.com.

Hi there,
Both your domain and your eCommerce plan expired a month ago. To be able to use that domain with the existing site you need to pay for the domain renewal and then repurchase the eCommerce plan.
If you want to use the domain elsewhere, then you only need to pay for the domain’s renewal.
I have already emailed a payment for the domain. Once you have completed the payment reply here and I’ll restore the domain.

BTW the ecommerce plan is not neccecary anymore, i just want to transfer that domainname or adjust the DNS records. The website is not with WordPress.com anymore

Thanks for confirming. I have just restored the domain; you should be able to access it as usual.
Since you mentioned you moved your site elsewhere, and you do not need the eCommerce plan anymore, we can remove it for you if you’d like to delete the site later on (or keep working on it).
You will likely lose all content added after adding the first plugin, so we recommend creating a backup first.

Im still seeing the message that i need to contact support to access this domain (in red). The only thing that changed is that i see my payment details on the right side again.
Can u unlock the domain so i can access the DNS settings ?

All the content (website and email) already is setup on an other server, i’ll only need the domainname DNS records or EPP token to transfer the domainname. Resetting or removing the site is no problem. No back-up needed there.

Hi there,
It appears that somehow your account was removed as an admin from the site about five months ago. That’s why you don’t see the domain listed in the Upgrades page, and couldn’t take any actions on it on the Purchases page.
I’ve now reverted your site to the free plan, and restored your account as an admin on the site, and you should now be able to access the domain at My Site ->Upgrades ->Domains:
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/bobbinygaren.wordpress.com
And you’ll be able to either update the DNS to point it somewhere else, or start the transfer to move the registration to another provider.
