Hi there,
I don’t see a domain registered on the account you’re contacting us from. What’s the domain name so I can have a look and further help you?

Hello Fstat,
Thanks for getting back to me. So I had a website with WordPress a few months ago using the domain name thedailyjess.com. I deleted the website. I am going to start the website again and want to use that domain name. I

Hi there,
The domain, thedailyjess.com, is registered with us, but it was registered under a completely different WordPress.com username than the one you’re using to post here. In order to transfer that domain, you’ll need to log into the other account you used to buy that domain.
If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

Once you regain access to your other account, you can transfer the domain to a new registrar by following the steps here to unlock your domain and start the automated transfer process: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

When I click the “my site” button, there is a message saying ” you don’t have any WordPress sites yet.” I don’t have the option to click “domains”.

This would not be an option under your @jessicaector account, as there are no sites under this account.
Instead you will need to log in under the account that actually owns the domain, and then you will see the option. Only the registered domain owner has the option to transfer in this case.
If you re not sure how to access your account, we’re not able to help with that in public but you can reach out to our account recovery team by filling out the contact form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Once you contact them they will send you a private email and assist you there rather than here in public.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
