    I requested to transfer my domain shivamhangers.com a few months ago, but I couldn’t find it under my account. I would like to see if that can be transferred back to my old domain provider. Please help.

    Hi there, it appears that the reason it does not appear under your account is that the plan you purchased was fully refunded shortly before the transfer completed – but the transfer did complete afterwards; it seems you may not have cancelled the transfer with your original domain provider.

    In order to be able restore the domain on our end, we’d need to request the domain transfer fee due to the fact that you were previously fully refunded.

    I’ve taken the liberty of preparing and emailing you the payment form for the domain transfer fee – please do check for it in spam if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
