  Hi, I tried to transfer my domain from godaddy but there was an error that is now fixed but I am being charged for the domain transfer

  Did you happen to add a domain transfer initially, cancel it, then try to add it again? only the first attempt is free, so I have reset your account since you did not actually start your transfer.
