  We paid for a domain transfer from shopify and after the payment it say the transfer could not be done. We want a refund, as the domain transfer was not made.

  It looks like the domain you’re referring to was paid for using a different WordPress.com account, not the @ikercloet account you’re posting from. Please reply (or post a new topic) after logging into your other account.

  If you need help logging into the correct account, please submit the account recovery form. You can see here how to locate the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com. Please do not post the transaction ID here in the forums.
