    Hello, i had started a domain transfer on 4/11/23 and paid for it, but i will like to cancel and request a refund for that order.

  • Hi @gvgbyv, I can see you’ve already got a refund on the way.

    As a heads up, while refunds are usually cleared within a few days, it can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement. Also: if you cancelled immediately after purchase, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.
