Domain Transfer

  Hi,

  I have a domain through wordpress but I use it on a non-word press site. I am looking to transfer my domain to another web provider and I was looking to edit my A-record and confirm ownership but when I click ‘Manage All Domains’ it says I don’t have any on my account.

  to be clear, I am also logged in to the correct wordpress account as the domain auth-code was sent to this email that I have logged in under

  I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
  I can confirm that kop.design is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @akopdesigns22136f74ce login.
