  Hello,

  I am looking to transfer the domain which happen to have expired to another registrar and to get that done the Transfer has to be unlocked and anytime i try to unlock it, i get the message saying the domain could not be unlocked please try again or contact support; I also tried getting the Authorization code but got an error message also saying an error occurred while trying to send the domain transfer code, contact support and which is why i am contacting to help check and look into the situation. I will be glad if my request is granted. Thank you.

  Hey there,

  As you mentioned, I am seeing that both of your domains have expired. It is not possible to unlock or transfer an expired domain. Please renew the domain in order to transfer it to another registrar. You can renew the domain under Upgrades > Domains. If your domain is not available to renew, please let us know and we can look into restoring the domain on your behalf.
