domain transfer

    Hi Everyone,

    I am working on the above website, I need to transfer the domain, however when I try to unlock it I get an error. The domain registration has expired 16 days ago, and this is why I am looking to transfer it.

    The owner of the site has contacted support, but have yet to hear a response.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Correct account: Yes

    An expired domain cannot be transferred as it is locked. Only the owner is able to reinstate that domain. The owner just have to wait untill someone replies.
