Domain Transfer

We have a domain transfer (going out from WP) that seems to be stuck in limbo. It was initiated prior to the 60 day window, but now it is past the 60 days and it’s still stuck. I have no way of contacting customer service either.

I just checked your domain and found that it doesn’t have any kind of transfer lock in place right now. Can you try transferring it again by entering the transfer authorization code to your new registrar’s end? If they are seeing an error, please ask them to give you the specific errors they are seeing on their end so that we can investigate it further.
So far, we don’t see any attempts to start the transfer of the domain from your new registrar’s end.
By the way, where are you trying to transfer the domain to?
