Domain transfer

When I try to transfer my domain from another provider (porkbun), I keep getting an error, ‘unable to start the transfer’. I’ve unlocked my domain and input the auth code. What gives?

It says bad authcode, pending submit, and i asked to porkbun support and they told me you need to send me correct one

We have just sent you an authorization code by email. I see that you have requested the authorization code 7 times now in two days. Please make sure you use the very last one we have sent. And please make sure you enter the code exactly as it comes to you. This includes any special characters, if there are any present. Let us know how that goes please. And you have likely already used this, but please be sure to use this guide step by step to get this done.

I’m sure i copied the last one because 7 times you sent me exactly the same code. I just copied and paste. I don’t think i do any typo.
