Domain Transfer

  Dear Team, I need a help. I want to transfer my domain. When I tried, I see that, domain transfer locked error on my new provider. When I see wordpress settings I see that, transfer lock off. However I do not see option to disable or enable. It got stuck.

  Can you pls verify and confirm if my transfer lock is off.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  It sounds like you are wanting to transfer a domain from WordPress.com to another registrar? Which domain are you trying to transfer?

  We have a guide for transferring your domain to another domain registrar that may be helpful – https://wordpress.com/support/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

  As far a turning the transfer lock on or off, this can be done from Upgrades > Domains > click on the domain and then “transfer” from the right side.

  However, if the domain was registered or transferred in the last 60 days, it will be locked and you’ll need to wait until the 60 days has elapsed and the lock is lifted. In the meantime, you could change the name servers to set up the domain to load from a platform of your choosing.
