    Hello,

    I am currently trying to locate the wordpress account owner for our website. We have had the URL for many years and it’s saying it’s owned by another WordPress account. We need to transfer the domain to another registrar.

    Are you able to help us locate the WordPress account that is currently paying for our domain?

    The domain is holycrosslutheran.ca.

    Hello!

    While the website is hosted here, the domain is not. Pulling up the domain WHOIS data, the domain registrar is currently Tucows.

    Since we’re not the domain registrar, we don’t have any other information that would provide details on who owns the account. I recommend going through your bank statements to find charges to that company for any domain renewals and that could help you gain ownership over the account.
