Idiotic situation. Looks like I have issue with domain transfer. AI recommend to connect to the human about this issue. After I trying to connect to the human – it says that I can’t connect because I don’t have a paid plan. And even don’t care that I pay for domain transfer. What I need to do? How is it possible to reach anyone from WordPress about domain failure?

First of all, I am not able to open your site,
For Domain transfer check this below points and checkout the support link https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/
Your domain must meet the following criteria to be able to transfer it to WordPress.com. You can transfer a domain if it is:
- More than 60 days old.
- Has not been transferred within the past 60 days.
- On our list of TLDs that support incoming transfers (all major extensions supported, including .com, .net, and .org.)
If your domain is not eligible, it will have the
clientTransferProhibitedstatus. You can contact your registrar to remove the lock status. If the domain cannot yet be transferred, connect it to your WordPress.com website now and then you can transfer it to WordPress.com when it becomes eligible. -
All criteria are passed (60+ days old, has not been transferred before, TLD support transfers and share before me the secret key).
My current status is “In progress” – which means, that I can’t do anything. But I wish because it’s take longer than expected.
