Domain Transfer

    I recently transfered my domain to wordpress because I was planning on upgrading my site. Unfortuntaly we did not have the budget and decided we were going to hold off for now. The problem is there is a 60 day hold on my domain and i cant reactivate my squarespace campaign, We really need our domain to operate business, i just removed my wordpress subscription so i cannot get directly in contact. My Phone number is 862-417-8370. Thank You.

    WordPress.com platform doesn’t have phone support; anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress.com is a fraude.

    There is no way round the 60-days block by ICANN. It’s a bad idea to cancel your wordpress plan if you want to keep your domain. You must wait untill a Staff member is available.

    Hi there! If you want to use the domain to point to your Squarespace site, you can point the domain to that host using name servers or A records. You can refer to the support doc here. From what I see, the domain is already pointing to Squarespace A records.
