Domain transfer

    I redirected my domains to Go Daddy a month ago. Last I checked my domains were parked with them. Now all of a sudden they are parked with WordPress. I can’t host my WordPress.org blog now!! Please help!!

    Hi there,

    Your domains are still using the GoDaddy name servers you entered previously:

    • ns01.domaincontrol.com
    • ns02.domaincontrol.com

    You can double check that by looking at your domains’ WHOIS records:

    The “parked domain” message you see when you visit your domains just means that there isn’t a live website connected to the domains yet. It’s a placeholder page for your domains.

    If your new WordPress.org blog is hosted at GoDaddy but it isn’t showing up correctly when you visit your domains, that might mean that you need to use different name servers. (You can check with GoDaddy to find out exactly what name servers to use with your hosting.) It could also mean that you need to change other settings in your GoDaddy hosting.
