Domain transfer

    Hi how are you? I log in and it tells me my domain is about to expire however I transfered it last year to godaddy and completed all steps nessesary to complete the transfer. Why does it state its going to expire as I log in?

    Hello there! It is your Domain Mapping that is set to expire on April 9, 2014, rather than your Domain Registration.

    The Domain Mapping upgrade connects your WordPress.com site, borivers.wordpress.com/, to your custom domain, shotgunborivers.com/. It “maps” the content of your site to the name of your site.

    You must have Domain Mapping in order for the site you maintain at borivers.wordpress.com/wp-admin to appear as shotgunborivers.com in your address bar.
