domain transfer

  Hi. I followed the steps for transferring the domain according to Dynamod and wordpress but the domain- csheardmusic.com is still taking me to the Dynamod sight, not my wordpress sight. Is this because I haven’t paid the $12 fee? I didn’t see where to do that. Thanks.
