  cannot update contact info for domain transfer code, need help!

  changed email address but still havent received code email, tried resending and checked spam, nothing. thanks for help!

  Hi there!

  When you change your contact information, a 60 day transfer lock is triggered on your domain. This is a requirement from the registrar and is not something that we have control over.

  In the meantime, you can map your domain to your new site following these directions:

  Change a domain’s name servers

  You’ll need to obtain the nameserver values from your new host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Nameservers may be referred as “name servers” or “NS records” instead.)
