Domain Transfer

  How do I forward my domain? I recently set up a site using Shopify which fits my needs better but I need the domain name from my WordPress blog. When I log into the ‘Manage my Domains’ it doesn’t give me the options to change the ‘A code’ and ‘CNAME’ information. Is it because I am still within the 60 days of initial registration? Please help!!

  It’s not really possible to change your root-level A record here at WordPress.com.

  You might consider pointing a subdomain (like shop.mydomain.com) to your Shopify store instead:

  http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/

  Alternatively, you can transfer your domain to a full-service registrar sixty days after the date of registration, and update your A records there.
