  Hi,

  I would like the domain name, voiceofvictoria.wordpress.com. Someone else is already registered under this domain but has agreed to give it to me. How does she transfer her domain name to me? Thank you!

  If they did agree to transfer their ownership, they should transfer their blog to your WordPress.com account.

  They should fulfill the steps documented in Transferring Your Blog to Another WordPress.com User or Account section of Moving a Blog support doc.
