Domain transfer
-
Hi
I’m trying to transfer my domain to WP Hosting Australia and I have unlocked the domain name and have entered in the code however, when I go to confirm WP hosting says ‘Your domain name has been rejected as it is currently in a transfer prohibited status with your current registrar. You’ll need to unlock the domain for the transfer to proceed.’
It has also been 65 days since I first registered the name. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Due to ICANN regulations, you will not be able to transfer your domain until 60 days after registration:

However, you can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:
You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

Also, do I have to change anything of the DNS settings? Once this is complete will I be able to use another hosting service until the 60 days?

Your domain was registered on 2014-11-23:

You only need to wait the 60 days to transfer the domain. As I previously stated, you can still use the domain with a site you have hosted elsewhere, now, by following these instructions:
