I have been trying to transfer my domain from wordpress for the last few weeks. WordPress keeps cancelling the transfer (this is what the email says form enom, inc.)
I need this transferred immediately. Please advise:

Yes, I’ve input the EPP code properly at the new registrar. That was accepted and the transfer was pending on WordPress’s approval of the transfer.

Hi – Could you let me know what registrar you’re trying to transfer your domain to? Also, are you receiving any messages that clarify why the transfer is being denied?

Can someone please call me on this matter? It’s urgent that I get this transferred, and I’m really frustrated with the fact that WordPress has not allowed the transfer and has not given me a reason as to why.

Hi @luckyduckfortwayne – I really apologize for the delay here. We don’t offer support over the phone. I’m not sure why this is not going through successfully, but I can understand your frustration. I’ve contacted the registrar to see what is holding this up and to request a new EPP code if that could help solve the issue. I’ll get back to you as soon as I know more.
