  Hello.
  I wanted to asked about the fees for transfer a domain purchased from another provider. I would like to create a new website, but currently has a domain from another provider. what would be the best/ cheapest option.

  In order to transfer a domain from another provider to WordPress, you would need a WordPress paid plan to do that.
