Domain Transfer

    Put in a request for domain transfer. Have tackled both ways suggested by WordPress for this issue but am not receiving any confirmation or transfer codes. How can I get this done? There is no number to contact with my question. Is there a way to know what the status is or talk to someone in regards to this?

    Hi Michelle!

    It looks like 2 hours ago we sent out the domain transfer email, but it was not confirmed as delivered.

    Is the email address associated with your WordPress.com account still the correct one?

    Hi Alex,
    My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). That should be the only email associated with this account.

    Yup, that’s the email on file. I resent a new transfer code and hopefully it’ll make it all the way through this time. :)
