Domain Transfer

  It appears I’m too late to cancel my domain. Sadly because I thought wordpress.com and wordpress.org were one site. I’ve been setting up my offline site, and would like to utilize the customer .com domain I bought off of .com.. but I’m a bit new to hosting and everything. To get the offline site online, how might I go about transferring my domain name and hosting it on a proper means?

  Hey there!

  If you would like to map the domain to a site that isn’t hosted at WordPress.com, you can change the name servers so the domain (hosted here) will point to your website hosted elsewhere. Here are those instructions:

  60-days after domain registration, internet regulations allow your to transfer your domain to another host. If you’d like to do that, you can use these steps:
