  Can you please tell us why the Domain Transfer options under Edit are not available for the domain we registered through WordPress.com?

  The features showing at this link do not seem to be available to us in our account:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/

  Can you please share with us what we need to do in order to transfer our domain?

  There is no domain mapping upgrade for circleswithincircles.com here at wordpress.com. Please see here WHOIS.

  You have a domain mapping upgrade for the domain circleswithincircles.com, but that domain isn’t registered at WordPress.com. You’ll need to contact your domain registrar (where the domain is registered) to move or transfer your domain to a new host or registrar.

  Based on the public information about your domain, it’s registered through InternetHosting.ca. You can contact them for more help making changes to your domain.
