  I have been trying to transfer my domain name byrufus.com to another host, but have been having trouble doing so. I was given an authorization code back in November/December but this was not able to be used to transfer my domain name over. Please can you take immediate action on this matter and provide me with detailed instructions on how to go about getting another authorization code and transferring the domain name.

  Hi Emily,
  Your domain name appears to be registered at Easyspace so that’s the place to go to obtain an authorization code.
