Domain transfer

  Hello,

  I am trying to transfer my hosting to dreamhost.com. I have tried to go in and rename the surver, but I am getting a continuously error with ICANN verification. I think the error might be inrelation to the privacy settings still being active. I tried to click on the account privacy page to change that, but the page would never load for me and now I am stuck trying to figure out how to transfer the hosting. Please advise.
