Domain Transfer

  I am unable to unlock my domain to transfer it to Weebly. What do I do? Why is this so frustrating?

  The WordPress.com account you are posting from does not own any upgrades.

  Typically, this means that you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that owns the upgrade. Only the domain owner would be able to to initiate a transfer.
