  Hi –

  There can only be one owner of a domain, so even if the company went out of business, the person who registered the domain envirostonepavers.com still owns it.

  envirostonepavers.com was registered through http://www.melbourneit.com.au , have you tried to contact them in order to have the domain transferred?
