  I’ve requested and completed a transfer on my domain name. However when I’ve tried to relaunch my website it is still connected to wordpress. How do I officially close my account

  Hi there,

  We can’t delete WordPress.com accounts but you can delete your old blog and I see you’ve already done that. You can also remove any personal information you may have added to the account from the My Profile page:

  https://wordpress.com/me
