Domain transfer

  Hi, I noticed that I cannot only renew my domain name via WordPress (it requires that I purchase the monthly plans, which I don’t need). Consequently, I’m trying to transfer my domain ismcstaff.com to Goddady. Please let me know how should I proceed.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the domain.
