Domain transfer

  Hi, I’m trying to transfer one of my domains – newplaceplayers.com (NOT my primary one), to a Bluehost account I just created. I went through the process of verifying my information with them and also getting the EPP numbers, but now Bluehost is reporting I need to request the domain be unlocked: I called Wild West Domains Inc., and they said to ’email WP’ with the request?

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own the domain, newplaceplayers.com, but it belongs to a completely different WordPress.com username account. I can only help with this domain if the request is coming from the account that owns it.
